did fine at LSU last year. When was the last time Les Miles beat Bama?.....Arkansas beat them last year, but LSU vs Arkansas is usually that way. Ole Miss was better than LSU last year too. That's teams that beat them. I don't see any problems other than Les Miles is not going to win another championship there.

So lets say Auburn goes 3-9 (not likely) and Gus gets fired. His buyout would be more as a result of the extension. Jacobs would not be a popular guy over there.

If softball and basketball (which will start during football season) perform like they are expected to, then football going 7-6 is not going to get Jacobs fired. After Tuberville and Chizik I'll never believe they'll fire that dude. Malzahn will probably sure it up for him this year anyway.

Ok so I'm wrong for telling the truth? Nobody expected Carl Lawson and some of the defensive players to get injured either, but it happened. All I'm saying is expectations if players stay healthy. Major players get injured and it's going to affect the team.
