In retrospect...rankings the last 6 college football seasons from best to worst

1. 2014
2. 2012
3 2011
4. 2013
5. 2015
6. 2010 (outside of Cam, the season as a whole was a dud)

Oh man that 2012 season was so piff. Alabama with a potent offense for once and dominant defense. USC starting out #1. The brief resurgence of Florida, rise of Mariota, best SECCG ever, that classic Alabama/LSU game, Johnny Football, Ohio St going undefeated even though they we're under probation, Notre Dame relevant again, Te'o lying, Spurrier leading South Carolina to a #3 rank at one point. Just so much that season.

2015 will be known for a ton of great games and finishes but not a lot of great teams.

2014 had a lot of great teams though (Ohio St, Alabama, FSU, Oregon, TCU, Baylor).

It was a let down in that aspect. Could've saw Bama/Oregon in '12 and Bama/FSU in '13.
