They should've been able to capitalize off that. But it's hard to recruit Oregon. Even Chip had to cheat.

Why is it hard to recruit Oregon? It can't be that shytty of a place to live. They are top of the line when it comes to resources and facilities. Just goes back to Helfrich being trash. Once they get a good recruiter in there they will be getting top 10 classes

Oregon is a great place. But if you've never been there you won't know that.

And again, Chip Kelly was their at the peak of their program history and still had to cheat for recruits.
