They should've talked about the young core (Clarkson/Randle/Russell) and how they would be instrumental in Aldridge's success as a Laker for years to come. Not how Aldridge and Kobe, in his 20th season at that, would be the focal point

Clarkson alone was better than "healthy" Kobe last year...Russell could've easily been the 2nd best player on the team this year next to Aldridge. Kobe should not be a focal point any longer until he proves he can still score at a high level, because the last 2 seasons have shown otherwise (when he was healthy)

From what I have been reading its going to be a bunch of sign and trades. I think the Suns have Brandon Knight's bird rights.

I would say the Morris Twins, PJ Tucker, Bullock, and maybe one other player would have to go.
