How does unseating the best defensive player by a country mile on that team make them better?

Honestly if Towns wasnt the perfect fit. I would be clamoring for the Wolves to take Russell. Ricky is a good defender...but yeah

He wasn't supposed to be coaching the team NOW! Glen's been on record saying he doesn't like that Flip's doing both jobs. Flip's still doing it and if they improve he's gonna keep doing it. Who would walk away from that if they're getting better? He ain't stupid and he knows the power he has.

I love Rickys defense and passing but watching him shoot/try to score is fukkin painful.... Im not even joking, I feel physical pain watching the shyt some nights
