You're moving the goalposts so bad breh. It went from

"Arkansas is a good program" to
"Arkansas can be a good program" to
"With the right coach Arkansas can be a good program" to
"Arkansas is a desirable job"

Arkansas fukkin sucks LOL
They can be a good team in the future I'm standing by that. In 5 years can I see them competing for an SEC championship? Sure with the right moves.

No one is telling me otherwise beside they suck right now. I understand they suck right now.

I hear you but every team in the sec can be competing for an sec title in five years with the exception of Vanderbilt Kentucky and miss St. You really aren't saying anything....

LSU before Saban took over and whatever Arkansas is now are nothing alike. Only similarities they have is they both play in the SEC.
B4 Saban a 4 or 5 win season was normal at LSU. Our best instate players were always goin to school like Miami(Ed Reed) and we were always losing at home. Back than if you were to tell me LSU would be what it is today the response would be very similar to what yall are saying about Arkansas

Striker just mad he was from Florida and got only 1 SEC offer. co-incendently it was Tennessee. you know he wishes he was in Gainesville.
:camby:

College football is built on kids like that.

Eric Striker was an undersized LB(tho he's now 220lbs), he would've been put at Safety or some other position by most other coaches and he would've likely NEVER saw the field.

Stoops stood him up as hybrid DE/LB, which is needed in a passing conf like the Big 12.

And the rest speaks for itself.

I like what Beilma is doing w the huge O-lines & talented RB's. It's old school football, it's proven.....BUT alot of times you can't land good QB recruits in that type of offense.

Wtf is wrong with rutgers

Another player kicked off

A day after a loss to Washington State, Rutgers' football program was in the news again for yet another off-field incident.

Coach Kyle Flood said Sunday that wide receiver Leonte Carroo, an all-Big Ten selection in 2014 and the team's best playmaker, had been suspended indefinitely because of an incident outside the team's stadium following the 37-34 loss. :dahell:

Wow, Kyle Flood says Leonte Caroo has been suspended from the program due to an incident outside the stadium after last night's game.

— Dan Duggan (@DDuggan21)September 13, 2015

Flood said Carroo is suspended indefinitely while an investigation takes place. Flood said he takes this very seriously.

— Dan Duggan (@DDuggan21)September 13, 2015

Duggan said Flood declined direct comment about the incident. From NJ.com:

Asked to comment on a report via social media by a reporter covering Washington State that alluded to a fight outside the Rutgers football headquarters, Flood said, "I don't know if I can answer that question. I think that would be a better question for the authorities.''

Flood said it's "an investigation that the program takes very seriously and when it concludes I'll have further comment.''

Carroo was previously suspended for the first half of the team's season-opener against Norfolk State. The suspension was for violating curfew.

Rutgers dismissed five players a week ago after they were arrested for assault. The players – Nadir Barnwell, Dre Boggs, Razohnn Gross Ruhann Peele and Delon Stephenson – were arrested in connection with an April incident. The five were charged with aggravated assault, riot and conspiracy after an alleged attack on four people.
A sixth player, fullback Lloyd Terry,
was arrested this week in connection with the incident.

Flood said he doesn't think things are getting out of control off the field.

He's clueless right now though..they threw like 54 times in a game where they couldn't score 13 points vs Toledo.

Ed Reed was a 2-star undersized, under recruited kid in a era where those types of kids fell threw the cracks. Today's age the recruiting sites are much better at identifying those kids and ranking them accordingly. So that's not a good example breh.

LSU's uptick started with Kevin Faulk staying instate and grinding for 4 years building that program upwards. Those HS kids saw that and LSU became cool again. By the time Saban got there in '99 their record might not have showed it but the talent was there.

LSU has always been a sleeping giant in CFB because it's the only school that matters in a state full of blue chip HS players. Arky doesn't have that advantage.

y'all need Mike Gundy. He's done more at OSU than Miles ever did. Les Miles NEVER had QBs like Mike Gundy has developed, and RBs either.

true, I forgot they threw for like 400yards yesterday. That's totally not their game.

And against Alabama last year I rememebr they had a chance to get ahead but kept trying to pass when it wasn't working.

Arkansas is REALLY missing Jonathan Williams, Alex Collins is good but they don't have the depth at RB like Georgia or LSU. That's forcing Arkansas to throw the ball more, but Brandon Allen is a game manager, he's not Tyler Wilson or Ryan Mallett
