SEC East is the jv part of the conference. mizzou winning it means about as much as duke winning the coastal in the ACC. they still got bodied by the big dogs from the other side of the conference. in the past talent used to be even between the east and the west. you had tennessee, florida, and georgia running the east with bama, auburn and lsu running the west. nowadays it seems all the good teams have drifted west. hence the last two flukey seasons for mizzou.

with tennessee on its way back and possibly florida, shyt is gonna recorrect itself.

Are we done with this SEC talk yet? Got damn. First they used to run with the "the whole SEC is dominant" talk. Even said teams like OSU or USC would be 4th at best in their division. Then Mizzou came through crushing buildings after being just ok in the Big 12 and these fan boys move the goal post talking about "bu bu but I meant the SEC West." How the whole conference gonna be so dominant yet now y'all claim one whole division (half the conference) is ass?

the east was pretty good in 2006 and 2008 when florida was the best team in the country. tennessee won the first bcs title in 98. 3 bcs titles by one division. i believe thats better than the big 10 had during the whole bcs era. the problem is florida fell off after urban and tennessee fell off after fulmer. mizzou was aided by the fact these two historical powers had downturns at around the same time.

does the big 10 suck now because a lowly program like michigan state is better than the once proud michigan? kill that noise breh.

So the whole SEC East was good because Florida won the national championship those years?

Florida winning the 'ship meant Tennessee, Vandy, South Carolina were suddenly elite those years?
