That's what all this hype is about one half against an Arkansas that hadn't even figure itself out yet??
I'm assuming you haven't seen Jeremy play the past two seasons? The hype here is that you have a ridiculously accurate pocket passer, a great leader, and also has wheels. He is amazing at short-intermediate plays and knows when and where to hit deep routes. Go watch his highlights on YT

and Auburn was the best offense they've played that whole year and was the few that actually had the ability to exploit their secondary (Jeremy was the best QB they faced) and their HEAVY run first tendencies

Speaking of, let's just do a talent comparison between AU and OSU

QB: Overall OSU, but Jeremy is gonna be better than anyone that starts
RB: opposite of the QB situation, so it goes to Auburn
HB/TE: Auburn
WR: Auburn (yall lost your best receiver and second or third best if I'm correct) &
OL: Auburn
DL: Auburn is deeper, but it isn't proven so OSU
LB: Auburn
Secondary: OSU

Name Auburn's projected starting 5 and you can refute my point

Hint: RG is Braden Smith

if you don't know what the hell you're talking about, then you can't say anything about what I'm talking about

edit: anybody that wants to argue my post, actually tell me what you disagree with instead of being this dikkhead, the OL is the only advantage I listed that in my opinion could be a push

Dude, you're legit fukking crazy. Do you tho, do you. :mjlol:

This Jeremy Johnson hype is crazy. What has he done that seperates him from Brandon Harris. Everyone talks about Johnson as being the best QB in the SEC while LSU biggest problem is QB. Harris threw for more TD, more yardage, and is also coming off a good Spring like Johnson. I don't get it.

eye test. he's looked great everytime he's played.

other than for the OL and LB, he's right. Auburn's stable of RBs is better than just elliot. roc thomas was a 5 star recruit in 2014. and they signed the #1 juco RB this year Jovon Robinson. for all we know, robinson by himself might be better than elliot. but as a whole i'll take auburn's rbs. Duke Williams is better than anyone OSU has at WR. Carl Lawson and Montravious Adams are projected as 1st round picks. the two of them combined are better than that white boy. however, Daron Lee and Raekwon McMillan are better than who Auburn has at LB. and obviously the secondary is in osu's favor. von bell and eli apple are better than anyone auburn has.

LOL @ nikkas acting like OSU is some juggernaut. they were down 21-6 to bama in the sugar bowl and needed to knock down a hail mary in the endzone to hang onto victory. they could easily finish 4th in the SEC West next year if they played in that division.

I was being lenient with the DL shyt, but yeah truthfully Auburn is better there

I know Raekwon better than McKinzy and Frost, but I feel it's very close there

Auburn has been recruiting at least top 11 since Chizik's first season :what:
A&M had two back to back top 5 classes I believe

in 2014 7 of the top 10 recruiting classes were SEC teams. in 2015 6 of the top 10 recruiting clases were SEC teams. if Auburn and A&M aren't talented, then no one outside of Bama, LSU, OSU, and FSU are talented. because outside of those 4 juggernauts, Auburn and A&M are right there with Georgia and USC in that next tier.

Its hard to really compare the SEC to other conferences, which I why I never argue for them or against. I know last year outside of Missouri and maybe Vanderbilt (who went through enough lol) no one played an easy schedule. A SEC team might have the nation's hardest schedule for the third straight season. There's something to be said for that. It's hard to know how much space there is between the SEC and the PAC 12 really.

No one is acting like tOSU is a juggernaut. Just any one with a brain knows tOSU is better at pretty much every position then fukking Auburn. As a Ducks fan I am not going to defend tOSU, nor should I have to. B/c anyone who watches CFB and is not a SEC homer knows comparing tOSU to Auburn, is like comparing a Altima to a fukking Lexus. Come the fukk on. If you want to say Gus can go toe to toe with Urban, fine. But FOH with Auburn having the talent that tOSU has right now.

Jesus christ, you SEC homers are crazy. It is a new day cocksuckers, no more waltzing into the champ game on rep.

Care to actually debate anything?

That's the real problem in this thread, when you make a statement that's perceived as wrong, no one actually says anything to prove you wrong. They just reply with other opinions. :coffee:

You feel I'm wrong with any position, tell me where.

I'll go further

RB: Ezekiel is a top 5 back going into this season, behind them, there's virtually no one known for OSU. Auburn has two five star backs, and two four stars that are very good in their own rights. This is obvious

WR: Auburn has arguably the best returning receiver as well as a wealth of proven hands behind Duke, AND freshman and sophomore waiting to shine. OSU cannot claim to have that THIS year.

OL: We get our boy Kozan back this year who was a huge part of the 2013 OL that was extremely dominant. Braden Smith at RG is a known monster, Shon Coleman with another year of development will likely be better in pass protection and Avery Young is another excellent run blocker. I have changed my stance to PUSH though because this is fairly based on offseason development

DL: Not really necessary, Bosa isn't that much better than Lawson and the addition of Adams, Lambert and Cowart more than tips the scale for Auburn

LB: push

Secondary: OSU

This is based off of what? You believe that just because they won the championship that they're vastly superior to Auburn, I'm assuming? Swagnificent went out his way to prove his point, if you're going to make fukking paragraphs to basically call someone stupid, you can make some actual god damn points
