Ok, here it is. My final draft board. This is the one you want to bring up next year to humble me whenever I act like a smart ass :D

TIER ONE... Franchise level talents

The easiest tier to predict, lol.

TIER TWO... Very good starters, possible all-stars

1. CE Nerlens Noel ... Cross b/w Joakim Noah & Tyson Chandler. Freakish athleticism, explosive.
2. SF Otto Porter ... Do it all SF with cerebral game. Better upside than many suggest
3. SG Victor Oladipo ... Tony Allen with a better outside shot. Wade comparisons are way off base.

TIER THREE... Solid starters, top level 6th man types

4. FC Kelly Olynyk ... Possible steal of the draft. No recent comparables in draft relative to skill level/height
5. PF Cody Zeller ... David Lee'ish type PF. Productive, not quite the rebounder Lee is.
6. CE Alex Len ... Ideal physical profile for C. Broken foot gives concern. Will be good if he works at it.

TIER FOUR... Role players on good teams, starters on weaker teams. Guys that can fill out your rotation

7. PG Trey Burke ... Very skilled guard with outside shot. A winner. Not a great athlete tho at PG
8. SG Kentavious Caldwell-Pope ... Good shooter, excellent rebounder. A better version of Nick Young.
9. GF Jamaal Franklin ... potential draft steal if jumper is ok. Has length to play SF position.
10. CE Lucas Noguiera ... another potential draft steal. Performed well against quality overseas comp.
11. SG Ben McLemore ... potential draft bust if he doesn't handle the pressure well. Ballhandling is red flag.
12. PF Anthony Bennett ... A dreaded tweener. Offensive potential may be offset by defensive shortcomings.
13. SF Glen Rice Jr. ... A sneaky pick who dominated in the DLeague late in year like LeBron did in the NBA.

TIER FIVE... bench depth & promising developmental types

14. PG C.J. McCollum ... Not sold on his shooting. Had off years shooting the ball. That will all the difference.
15. PG Shane Larkin ... Best P&R player in the draft. Will look really good in Utah. Defense will be an issue tho.
16. PG Isaiah Canaan ... Potential steal. Very strong first three years. Tried to do too much last year.
17. PG Pierre Jackson ... Solid looking Isaiah Thomas (SAC) clone who should suprise some next year.
18. SF Giannis Antetokounmpo .... Boom or Bust. Reminds me of a young Boris Diaw.
19. SG Ricky Ledo ... Boom or Bust. Skilled 2 with legit size, shot & shot creation abilities. Not played since HS.
20. PG Michael Carter-Williams ... Don't like jumper or shot selection. Don't think he's particularly explosive.
21. CE Rudy Gobert ... Boom or Bust. Length creates havoc defensively but is incredibly raw for his age.
22. CE Gorgui Dieng ... Louisville prospects typically disappoint. But Dieng may have strength to be solid backup.
23. PG Dennis Schroeder ... Reminds me of a Darren Collison clone. Poor finisher at rim. Can get overwhelmed.
24. SF Sergey Karasev ... Can really shoot the rock... not sure what else he's bringing to the table.
25. PG Nate Wolters ... Ball skills are top notch. Athleticism isn't. Is he quick enough to play PG?
26. CE Jeff Withey ... Weak base means he might be nothing more than a shot blocker (a la) Jim McIIvaine
27. FC Mike Muscala ... Skilled but soft. Will need to learn to play with contact or he'll be overseas soon.
28. CE Steven Adams ... Raw as sushi. Awareness is not there. Appears to have bad hands but has ideal frame.

TIER SIX... Guys that will have a cup of coffee in the league but unless they improve their flaws, they'll be overseas sooner than later

29. SG Alex Abrines
30. PF Livio Jean-Charles
31. SG Erick Green
32. SG Allen Crabbe
33. PF Tony Mitchell
34. PF Elias Harris
35. PF Arsalan Kazemi
36. PF Ryan Kelly
37. PF D.J. Stephens
38. PF Richard Howell
39. SG Khalif Wyatt
40. SG Seth Curry
41. PF Andre Roberson

TIER SEVEN... Someone might draft 'em but I wouldn't

42. SG Archie Goodwin
43. SF Tony Snell
44. CE Mason Plumlee
45. SF C.J. Leslie
46. PG Ray McCallum
47. CE Colton Iverson
48. PF Erik Murphy
49. PF Trevor Mbakwe
50. PF Jackie Carmichael
51. SG Brandon Paul
52. SG Carrick Felix
53. SF James Southerland
54. SF Solomon Hill
55. PG Lorenzo Brown
56. PG Matthew Dellavedova
57. SF Deshaun Thomas
58. PF Kenny Kadji
59. SF Rodney Williams
60. PG Nemanja Nedovic

I dont get the Anthony Bennett hate, dude is an animal. scores at will, versatile as hell, and has ideal frame for SF or PF

Damn....That's bad for Noel.

Suns medical staff might be the best in all of sports.

Not exactly a endorsing reference.

Unless they're on that bullshyt and trying to get him to slip to #5

We're hearing from league sources that Nerlens Noel's knee was red flagged by Suns. There's speculation that he could slip out of top 10
