Since I am 37, I saw Scream on PPV black box, I still remember after school, and I saw Scream 2 on VHS, and Scream 3 finally in theaters

So that is going to cloud my judgement, but I always thought it was good, it's slightly softer around the edges than the first two, but all around it's really good, def. a better job of fleshing out suspects and red herrings, than anything after.

The whole murder in the movie set was one of the more eerie sequences of the whole series, and a lot less forced than the somewhat contrived version in 6.

I think I only saw Scream 1, if that. But I'm gonna see Scream 6 tonight anyway. Look like it's getting some pretty high rating. Just hope I'm sitting next to someone who's not acting weird. Else I probably wound up sitting on the stairs.

I got into a little altercation in the theater tonight because there were grown ass people in their 40s giggling like HS bytches, talking thru the movie, etc... Finally I just got fed up, also got my money back.

Overall a great movie, at least the parts I saw.
