I think a lot of professional bw are frustrated of being told that in order for them to be in relationships with men of their race she shouldn't expect a black male professional and should be happy with a man that doesn't have equal education or professional while they see their white/Asian counterparts easily getting married to these men of their race without being told after the garbage man/bus driver/cleaner. Do you know how insulting that is to be told...those are your options asking more than that is asking too much?

Its like wanting a woman that inshape/take care of herself but being told that you should be happy with an overweight/fat woman who has a good heart as your main option.
