is it me or is every character on here except the actual main character guy (the guy from dumb and dumber) is awkward as fukk ? Every. Single. One. Of. Them.

Just awkward as fukk.. especially the dude who came with the female EP

Awkward and corny as hell breh. The EP, the assistant and the senior producer (the guy who came with the EP) are fukking unbearable.

Just about every scene that has nothing to do with the terrible love stories is good. I agree that Sam Waterston needs more scenes. SMH at the fact that Olivia Munn's character is about to get a lot more screen time.

I actually thought Munn was one of the few good things about the episode. It's probably because I never watched G4, but I never understood why people hate Olivia Munn so much.

Seeing his layers peel minute by minute is enough for me to ignore Olivia Munn as a serious economist.

Anwyways, The Walking Dead is being sent down to the minors and I'm adding The Newsroom to the lineup.

Good 2nd episode...lol that really was a train wreck.

Sam Waterson need a lot more scenes. The indian guy is cool too. I don't see how this show is "unbiased" when it's clearly left leaning. I actually agree with most of their views, but it's not unbiased

Usually when you're putting that much dialogue in that small of a window, it's because you're more concerned with saying something smart (which they aren't) than actually coming up with a good story.

Certainly not as good as the pilot, maybe not even good at all on the whole (the email mistake plot was ROUGH at best)...

...but I'm an unabashed sucker for Sorkin's dialog, so I still enjoyed enough of it

just saw the new episode. The dialogue between Maggie and Jim discussing the phone call was dope. I'm liking the chemistry between em. I enjoy seeing Maggie ramble on about shyt...it's kinda sexy, she's a good actress.

The text fukk up was jokes, but I figured something like that would happen. The homie Will snapped cause of it, live on air. Crazy. I swear this is the perfect role for Jeff Daniels, dude is killing it right now.

I really like the cast in this show, hopefully they let everyone shine more as the show goes on.

Will and the Indian guy are the only entertaining characters for me thus far. Will's assistant is one annoying bytch I swear. Anyways I feel like there is too much talking going on which leads to nothing; for me of course. The only entertaining part of the show is when they broadcast.
