yeah, i wasn't feeling it either, they cater to the fans too much, the fan wanted change and they go it, and the show suffered

its pretty clear aaron sorkin is only good as a movie writer

Charlie delivering all round with his humour. I do wonder how the show will operate now some of the love angles are 'solved' so to speak.

Agreed, Charlie kills every scene he's in. I do wonder where the show will go from here. Obviously the tension between Will and Mac is no longer an issue. Perhaps season 3 will leave the love stories behind and focus more on just the news. Either way, can't wait until next season.

People complained about the Love angles so now that they are all wrapped up we can focus on more fukkery next season

I thought the show was finally headed in the right direction, but the last two episodes (especially the finale) killed that notion QUICK.

Newsroom may be but The West Wing and Sports Night are classics

Newsroom is great. I don't know why you guys even came into the second season, knowing how Sorkin's writing is. They did the right thing by letting all the attractive tension die so we can focus on the news next season.

Sorkin said it was symbolic about whether Lady Busey is built for this news stuff. It showed she is, even though she doubted herself after lil man died in her arms in Uganda
