episode was a lot slower paced to start off, but really picked up towards the end. A lot of character build-up and just some mundane things that go on in the newsroom, but you can tell Genoa is about to pop off. I kinda knew something bad was gonna happen to his dad the way they kept hinting at it...but those moments of the the broadcast going live at different times were done beautifully, and the last one was very powerful

It's no coincidence that when the show focuses on its two best features (Sloan and the crew producing News Night), the end result is the best episode to date.

I pretty much agree. The behind the scenes of a live news show is where the show REALLY shines. And I love that they're taking on the edited audio angle of the Zimmerman 911 call.

Also, any time Charlie gets this much time the show is better for it

nikkas still wanna chat shyt about how this show is wack? Even after that episode?

shyt was the best episode of all time. Everything about that was dope. Every single thing. Every arc was well written, well paced, well developed and well executed. Olivia Munn has become the shows biggest asset in three short episodes and she continues to kill every single scene she is in. I odn't really like Maggie as a character but her fall from grace is being portrayed pretty well. The scene with her and Jim whilst the audio was downloading was the perfect level of awkward and I still wanna fukk Mack whenever she wears those blouses.

I also didn't think they'd jump 6months and get to Trayvon so soon in the season. Genoa is really about to come through and crush the buildings too (edit: excuse the pun).

There are better shows out there than this shyt right here but I genuinely don't think I enjoy watching any other more than this. shyt has been very good this past few weeks.

I was talking to my boy about all the sexist talk this show was getting from critics. About how they hated how ditzy Maggie and Mac were being portrayed at times and he pointed out how all the male characters did dumb shyt all the time.
Jim acting like a simp. Don stay with his foot in his mouth. Will fukks up all the time. This show got a lot of flack over some bullshyt.

The show is still bad. The love triangle stuff is dreadful, Maggie and Jim are insufferable, they rely far too often on coincidences to break stories, the grasp of technology by Sorkin is very poor, and sometimes the show becomes a liberal fantasy (which wouldn't be a problem if the show wasn't covering real news stories of the past, but it is). Like I said, last night's episode was great because it focused on two things the show still does really well. Well, three if we count rants by characters not named Will.

It's true they've made Mac a lot more capable this season. Last season, she couldn't even figure out how email worked. Her character as a whole has been a big upgrade.

This season is a significant improvement over the first.

That Ron Paul chick :dead:

Dantana an evil son of a bytch :snoop: But that scene at the table was great. (oh, and he's getting caught because of the bball game in the background ;))

Olivia Munn is awesome.

Oh yeah

Dantana :dahell: not getting away with that surely. I can't wait for Will to find out and also to see where all this interviewing comes from.

Show continues to deliver the goods.
