Right. EA and other companies make their money well beyond the actual sale of the game. EA last year made 4 times as much off micro transactions, season passes, etc. than the actual game purchases.

As a person who spends hundreds per month on f2P mobile games I don't expect to buy a retail game and then pay for features that are already in game
