you read the article about the real reasons why Africa is the way it is, due to outside manipulation, but yet you still want to blame Mugabe. You dudes are fully conditioned to undermine/ignore/skew the truth so that the good old narrative of "black folks being their worst enemy" is reinforcedIt's not a unique story. That shyt happened all over Africa, especially in places with lots of natural resources (that's why whites didn't leave South Africa).
Nobody knows how Lumumba would've turn out though... Just look at Mugabe
Man, fukk that shyt.you read the article about the real reasons why Africa is the way it is, due to outside manipulation, but yet you still want to blame Mugabe. Of course, ignore/minimize/distort the repercussions of euro/asian involvement in the destabilization of African nations. Lumumba brought the assassination on himself, he should've taken responsibility. Matter of fact, all African nation leaders should just be pawns for the euros and asians, this way they are being responsible by being allowed to succeedMan, fukk that shyt.
Mugabe fukked himself up. You gotta take responsibility of your own actions at some point.
Blaming euros for your horrible actions doesn't fly. So many african revolutionaries ended up being terrible dictators
We're talking about Mugabe here and the countless of other revolutionaries who became drunk with power after "liberating" their people. Africa is full of them, from Idi Amin to Mugabe and Bokassa, Bongo, Sassou-Nguesso, Museveni, Al-Bashir, Zenawi, Nguema, Ahidjo, Biya, Compaore (what a disappointment!), Mengistu Haile Maryam, etc etc etcOf course, ignore/minimize/distort the repercussions of euro/asian involvement in the destabilization of African nations. Nothing tells us that Lumumba would've bucked that trend.
They were popular when they took over from either the euro colonials or terrible strongmen. Idi Amin was seen as a hero when he kicked the Brits out. Compaore ousted the murderous Sankara and people applaudedThey took over from and inherited authoritarian systems. Most liberation militias were also authoritarian top down structures because they were fighting wars. Not exactly a good foundation for democratic politics.
Also a lot of the guys you've listed weren't "liberators" but came to power through coups( Bashir, Compaore, Bokassa, Amin, Mengistu)
