Another game changer is learning to think in images rather than subvocalizations. Sounds weird, but I'm less likely to be negative, because imagery has, at least for me, less meaning than my inherent choice of words or perspective.Cutting out/ reducing the time you spend on the internet helps , use that time to read a book instead - Whether it’s kindle on your smart phone/iPad or a physical book
Been doing this the past month and it’s definitely cleared a lot of distractions in my head. If you’re like me and are constantly checking your phone for social media that shyt takes up a few hours of your day that you could spend time doing something productive

Yes. Even became more outgoing and it got worse. I'm just trying to work it through until June, so I can get a job and return to school. I had to learn the hard way that people are cruel.
