Luckily I got my medication back.

Buproprion 150 mg....LOL.

I've never felt more solid and functional before though....I was really freaking out a couple of days ago....which could of been very problematic for the future.

Your not going to get anywhere in life by indulging in evils and attempting to better yourself. Your foot is on the break and accelerator.

going to a low carb/high protein diet has really changed my mood for the better:leostare:

im starting a plant based diet tomorrow. i feel like shyt after eating meat and dairy. just feel heavy and tired. :manny:

i been going hard this weekend eating as much meat and takeaway as i can :whoo:

yes beans/lentils will be where ill be getting most of my protein from. i seen this study about protein and cancer. basically said the more protein you eat the more cancer cells grow. you can actually turn cancer on and off by ajusting protein intake from 20% to 5%. the study was done on rats and then in china by some good ass american doctor who is a heart surgeon. theres a documentary on it called forks over knives. found it interesting so im starting the diet tomorrow.

there was this great part about some european country during ww2. they showed the cancer rates of the country before, during and after the nazis invaded the country. basically because the nazis stole most of their cattle and chickens to feed their own soldiers in the country. the cancer rate dropped massively when the nazis were there becuase the population stopped eating dairy and meat. then after the war ended and the nazis were out the cancer rate started rising again in the country. :damn:
