I got some new meds that are finally working for me and I feel a lot better. Keep trying.

One of my friends has been in the NFL for 11 years and he is bi-polar got drafted in 2004.
Stay strong out there and be grateful you don't have spine injuries or cancer.

I finally went to the doctor the other day and got diagnosed with adhd and got prescribed vyvanse
it's helped out pretty well so far but the dosage feels a little low, only on day 4 so I don't go back for another month almost

I take ambien every night. It's real important for people to get a good night's sleep (especially bi-polar people like me). Maybe see a doctor for some sleep meds.i cant sleep

Just listen to some lullabies and that will make you sleep. I used to listen to them all the time to fall asleep.
