nah breh i was smoking heavy first semester when i had a public speaking class. shyt aint do anything but make me 10x more nervous. besides i was saving it for after the fact as a sort of reward to myself for getting this project/presentation done and over withWeed + Fruits + vegetables + daily workout routine + eastern philosophy + a hobby/hobbies you love and enjoy = depression eliminated brehs
