They did it nonstop with the heat. All the time the tv and radio shows would do pieces about him needing to go back to Cleveland. Pregame his second year there before a game, reporters were still asking him about if he’d ever consider returning. Half the coverage of the lockout was about if the cba would force Arison to break up the 3 of them.

This was on espn frequently, usually with the premise being that the heat ruined the league forever or something similarly hyperbolic. Why am I gonna personally have broadcasts of their shows archived from 5-9 years ago? Same goes for local talk radio stations up here.
