I wasn't all that impressed with the original Matrix movie all it really did was sell me on the potential of the series. Reloaded is my favorite in the series just for the action alone. Revolutions is a turd though. i've never really gone back and watched the original after the first viewing because to me its like watching a magic trick done after you know how it works behind the scenes. the value in the original was the fact that you hadn't seen a movie quite like it at the time it came out, once the shock of that is gone can the movie really stand on its own? its an expositional film book ended with action sequences.

Not just movies either, GAMES looked @ that movie like :ohhh:

Max Payne is basically what it is because of The Matrix

Conker's Bad Fur Day >>>>

Everything about the first Matrix is great.

The trailer is one of the GOATS:

You can't tell me when mofo's saw that trailer in the theater they had the :damn: look on them.

I remember I was like 8 or 9 and I caught the making of on HBO. I had no clue what it was. None of it made sense at the time but I specifically remember them showing the bullet time.

I didn't see it til a year later and I was like :krs:

nikkas trippin. That movie still looks great and the effects and action scenes were amazing. The sequels were so damn retarded IMO. I still remember watching Reloaded and that godawful rave scene came up.... and then the ridiculous Burly Brawl fight with the horrible CGI...that shyt was tepid.
