What i am talking about is a conversation i had with Wrex. They were misguided because they were "uplifted" and given nuclear weapon capabilities before they before they were ready. They were trained to fight with advanced weaponry before they advanced past tribalism, it was a recipe for disaster

"Uplifted" doesn't mean they didn't have sense. We were never given the sense that they were primitive when they received those nuclear weapons.

I don't think that's a good excuse when you look at the damage they have and can cause.

Hell, the 3rd game shows they were very advanced ala the Native Americans before they blew shyt to hell.

The Rachni Wars called for desperation. shyt, the Council was afraid of you letting ONE queen live. Imagine a bunch on different planets.
