The existence of Ashoka in this time period kinda allows for any Jedi from the past or future to show up right
Correct me if I'm wrong but Ezra pulled her out of the past right before Vader kills her in that Jedi time machine at one of the temples correct?
Why couldn't it happen again when Mandy and the Kid show up at the Jedi temple and someone else gets pulled into this time line, of course it would be cheesy but Filoni did introduce it in Rebels

She went back to that current time line so nothing really changed. She stopped Ezra from doing that and went back.

The path they used to open that portal was a very specific place and it was more associated with the Sith if I remember correctly. Grogu and Ezra combined ain’t got the chips to unlock anything at this point.

Underrated takeaway from the episode is Jango Fett didn't have Beskar armor

Yeah I considered this too after I posted this. But the way Mando was eating all of Ahsoka's strikes and how that Beskar spear wasn't breaking when the lightsaber made contact with it leads me to believe Jango didn't have official Beskar because he didn't even try anything defensive.

With all respect to how nice Windu is with his saber.

How would yall feel if Cal from Jedi Fallen Order made an appearance? I'd be down. I'd be interested in finding out if Cal and Ahsoka have ever crossed paths before, as they were both in very similar situations, along with Kanan. If he survived the Galactic Civil War, did he accompany Ahsoka and Sabine in their quest to find Ezra? Did any of them meet Luke on his Force quest after Return of the Jedi? These are the questions I have that I hope get answered soon.

I would suspect Cal would would be around 40 or older

The nuisance here is the term “Jedi”. Ezra is not a Jedi, Kanan never passed trials. There are other force sensitive being out there which was always going to be the case.

that couldve been a self imposed problem all based on assumptions. Lucas' story was about Skywalker and the prophecy. Other Jedi laying around isnt a problem.. it was already established their number were getting lower in phantom menace.

That assumes anyone can be a Jedi grandmaster. “Jedi” are highly trained warriors. Just because a person is force sensitive doesn’t mean they are saviors. Yoda saw the entire order fall. His stated hope was the son of a prodigy that he and another grand master would train. The family dynamic is part of it as well.

let’s be reality. Nobody else was coming from another planet and taking out the Empire.

I was going to say that at this point Ahsoka was way stronger than half-trained Luke, but I guess you could argue that nobody other than Anakin's children would be allowed to get close enough to both Vader and the Emperor at the same time to get rid if both of them in one shot. The only reason Luke was in that position was because he was BROUGHT to the throne room, its not like he would have had the ability to fight his way there.

So Luke and Leia ARE the last hopes, even though they are way way down the ranks of the existing Force users/Jedi.

So Luke and Leia ARE the last hopes, even though they are way way down the ranks of the existing Force users/Jedi.

im gonna put it like this.. the nicest person in "insert skill" doesnt make them the best teacher. I know first hand, i have a hard time teacher because i get frustrated people dont get things as quick as i do.

So it goes 2-fold. Luke was the only one that could get that close .. and he was the only one at this point that we know off that had the training and patience to teach..

Hell .. wasnt the entire school thing Leia's idea anyway... She had the foresight being from the Ogana's

it gets tricky but we dealing with a story about the skywalker family .. nobody else would matter in there story.
Clone wars and Rebels are about the time period so others get to shine

edit: and ben reprogrammed the jedi temple beacon to tell them stay away so Jedi are bond to still be alive

Dope episode! It goes to show you that great things happen with this franchise once they get away from the usual SW's tropes and the Skywalker saga like they did with this episode. Rosario still fine

Never played the games and I think that’s the tough part on the idea. Now you would have to introduce a character whose entire back story is a video game run. Doesn’t seem likely.

They have put a bunch of characters introduced in video games into the movies. Just never big rolls. Like the shape shifter Zam. She/he/ it, was introduced in bounty hunter which is about Jango Fett becoming the clone donor.

Well that’s been my bigger point. All of the things you mentioned don’t sound like character development for a minor character. Maybe I misunderstood in fairness......

I'm still going back to the fact that this episode clearly was a setting of the table for an expanded television universe. We knew they'd do it but this solidified the fact that we gettin likely a lot more Ahsoka and also Thrawn and shyt
