As cool as it would be to see Ezra in this I don't know if they'll do that and just have multiple Jedi coming and going throughout the show. It could be that Ahsoka is scared to train Baby Yoda but turns out she sees or feels something when he reaches out through the Force that changes her mind. It's an easy way to keep Ahsoka involved in this show

Eventually popping up would be a dope surprise.

I wonder if the emperor found grogu when he was looking for yoda after their fight.
then after his death it got found.

wanting to clone him does have to tie into the emperor's clones .. maybe he wanted to combine himself and a yoda

I never watched any of Rebels, and I've only seen the first 2 and last few episodes of Clone Wars. So I'm not all that familiar with the continuity outside of the movies.
But, from everyting I'm seeing here, there are WAY WAY too many Jedi left around in the galaxy after Order 66.

I guess that's the downside to the "Filoni" verison of Star Wars. In Lucas' version, after RotJ there was Luke, and that's IT. Luke was left to rebuild the Jedi order all by himself.
But now, apparently, thanks to the cartoon and video game universe, there are dozens of Jedi still running around that most casual fans never even heard of.

If you take it too far it waters down how important Luke and Leia were as the last Jedi hope, plus his "No, there is another" sister.

The nuisance here is the term “Jedi”. Ezra is not a Jedi, Kanan never passed trials. There are other force sensitive being out there which was always going to be the case.

that couldve been a self imposed problem all based on assumptions. Lucas' story was about Skywalker and the prophecy. Other Jedi laying around isnt a problem.. it was already established their number were getting lower in phantom menace.

There’s really not THAT many in the current galaxy, breh. At this point in the timeline there’s:

Luke
Leia
Ahsoka
Probably Ezra
Possibly Cal Kestis
Possibly Cal’s master, I’m blanking on her name

That’s from a Jedi Order that was estimated to be 10,000 strong before Palpatine punked them. That’s pretty fukking rare.

The Mace thing is more because George said it. It’s not like it’s super thought out at all. Also let’s be reality on what format that would work. Maul came back via animation so that’s easier to make happen. Are they getting Sam L for multiple seasons of a TV show? Seems unlikely.
In addition to that, how would explain his absence for 35 or so years? Why wouldn’t he have immediately joined the rebellion? Why wouldn’t Vader constantly hunt for him as he did for Obi-Wan?

How would yall feel if Cal from Jedi Fallen Order made an appearance? I'd be down. I'd be interested in finding out if Cal and Ahsoka have ever crossed paths before, as they were both in very similar situations, along with Kanan. If he survived the Galactic Civil War, did he accompany Ahsoka and Sabine in their quest to find Ezra? Did any of them meet Luke on his Force quest after Return of the Jedi? These are the questions I have that I hope get answered soon.

Exactly. You have to start coming up with ways to rationalize it that go against the character. Mace don’t hide.

Never played the games and I think that’s the tough part on the idea. Now you would have to introduce a character whose entire back story is a video game run. Doesn’t seem likely.

Boba Fett must have smuggled Grogu out. He was probably there looking for Mace Windu and when everything went down just stole him to ransom.

That might be why he trusted the Mandalorian armor

The existence of Ashoka in this time period kinda allows for any Jedi from the past or future to show up right:manny:
Correct me if I'm wrong but Ezra pulled her out of the past right before Vader kills her in that Jedi time machine at one of the temples correct?
Why couldn't it happen again when Mandy and the Kid show up at the Jedi temple and someone else gets pulled into this time line, of course it would be cheesy but Filoni did introduce it in Rebels
