Really no sort of masculinity makes much logical sense at all because in general the primary function of masculinity (or femininity) is to differentiate men from women, on behavioral differences, some of that cannot be accurately delineated by science as being solely characteristic of either sex. One of the major limitations of masculinity, despite being justified from many angles, even for the distinctions among men, is that it ignores the complexity of individuality and characteristic brain physiology. At best such a dichotomous delineation (masculinity & femininity) should be considered archaic and an over-simplification of human diversity and heterogeneity. In other words, a false dichotomy.

You the breh but I see you falling into the trap that so many "egalitarians" tend to get into.
Saying that there are similarities between the genders =/= gender differences are therefore inconsequential.
The human race is sexually dimorphic.
That is a scientific, specifically biological, distinction.
These differences begin in the genes and their expression, move on to hormones, which then affect brain chemistry, hence psychology and therefore basic human interaction.
Trying to sweep ALL of that under the rug as superfluous is asinine and a gross over-simplification.
We don't need to ignore the facts about our biological make-up in order to produce some more harmonious, idealistic utopia.
We'd be better served by truly trying to understand the factors which motivate and influence our behavior so as to develop strategies that actually work instead of simply serving some emotional sense of moral superiority.
