They match up to 6 percent. My last company matched up to 4 percent, but you didn't have to wait a year, they did it from your hire date. This company made me wait a year so I missed out on thousands of potential dollars that could of been added to it.

I told one of my coworkers that I'm going to Vancouver, BC, Canada tomorrow, and she's like "alright I'm down", that type of stuff
