When I was a kid I would try to draw cartoons & superheroes (like the one in my avi) but I would always get frustrated because my hand coordination has never been good due to the CP (broken record I know) so I know the real good artists have steady hands.

I was thinking about checking into some books about drawing/sketching.

Yeah breh. I say start off by tracing. It helps a lil bit in a way to get you started by using guidlines. If you run into a spot where you can't see enough, just using your best judgment. It might not be perfect, but the end goal is to get a mental image on what it can be when practice and practice.

I remember when I was in the boys and girls club, I traced this picture and everybody liked it so much and got hung up with the rest of the other's pictures by the front doors. That shyt made me happy seeing that. I wish I put more years into it now, I probably be a dope artist by now if I took it seriously.
