decided to go in with my parents in the purchase of a fourplex apartment. 10 min walk to BART and .5 mile to one of the shopping plazas in emeryville...this shyt came outta no where and i'm not really ready to buy, but this area is gentrifying so damn fast, it's a great investment and way to make sure there's still black ownership in this area.

Why did this make my heart skip a beat though? It's a terrible feeling when you leave your technology. You should call them just for the hell of it and tell them you left it. You don't expect to get it back anyway but it would be cool if someone turned it in, right?

I left my wallet with a wad of cash in it at the grocery store and I just knew I wouldn't see that cash again. I called up there and someone turned it in and everything was in place
