No I just think when I see a man wear a Bow tie, he's thought long and hard about that decision and has concluded he's going to be "killing 'em". Like that dude is on 100 and there is nothing no one call tell him.
Close to the mark.

I have worn the bowtie outside of work. I hesitated to wear it to the office because I wanted to skip any extra attention. So it took me like a week to just say 'forget it, I will just wear it and deal with the questions for a day or so....they can't keep talking for too long'. Surprisingly, I drew compliments and all but everyone got used to it after the first day or two and its become commonplace now. I usually wear a tie, so maybe a bowtie was not too far removed from my work image.

It wasn't as bad as I thought. If anyone was hating, they concealed it well.

As far as 'killin' em'....I did it for me...not to stunt. After wearing ties for so long, its dope to go through the exercise of tying a bowtie in the morning. Its a great wardrobe enhancer. I wear a newsboy cap with the suit also...its a good look for me. Dignified.

I'm just messing with you a little. As long as you like it, then that's cool and I'm sure you pull it off well. I have no style so I can't even hate.

Quick vent. A Couple things that grinds my gears.....

(1) I'm in an office with an overweight mid-30s black woman, I like her as a co-worker and she's a great person. But, I hate when she talks about "eating healthy" or any person who ain't exercising trying to tell me what's wrong and right to eat. If you ain't exercising, ain't shyt healthy!
:why:

gawd, that shyt is disgusting

fat hoes always be the ones giving dieting advice:dwillhuh:

or making statements like "I don't eat meat":dwillhuh:
bytch how you not eating meat and you 9e292 pounds:dwillhuh:

or this bytch talking about how she takes 45g of protein powder a day:dwillhuh:

why bytch?
you need to lower your protein intake and burn them fat cells instead of growing a small layer of muscle under all that fat- that actually makes you look fatter

sometimes i just want to put a fat mafukka in a headlock and jump out a highrise onto a semi-truck carrying treadmills

Its cool. Small inexpensive accessories can change your entire look sometimes. And it breaks the monotony. Try it....its fun.

I like sweat pants though.
So do I... but not at work. I am at a point where I am more comfortable dressed up while in public. At home, some basketball shorts and a t-shirt is more than sufficient.
