I used to do that shyt as well. I stopped. I know it came be overwhelming especially since I've experienced it from some women but here's the thing: if they can't handle it or appreciate it that lets you know where their mind is at that moment. At that point it's clear that they aren't on the same page as you emotionally because it's not like men and women don't experience this. No one is that calm and in control over their emotions. Ball is your hands you can either find a woman who will appreciate that type of affection or just keep it in check until she feels ready.

The point I'm trying to say is that it's not wrong to have overwhelming emotion like that. For some reason there is a mentality where people who experience emotion like that are wrong. It's just a matter of if you want to put up with the wait until she warms up. Or find someone who can handle your speed. In my situation I chose to stick around and put up with it because I love her and it's been rewarding. But anything that has genuine and honest investment put into it will always be rewarding.
