Signed up to do property inspections PT and went on a ride along today with dude. It was so simple. Take a couple pictures, load them, do the form associated and hit complete. We did like 3 inspections in 20 minutes, but that's because he was explaining the process the whole way. They provide everything you need aside from a vehicle and a camera. It's $3.50 per inspection, which isn't a ton of money, but again you can get them done hella quick. They also provide the mapping software that will create a route based on the inspections you have for the day and optimize them by distance so you're not driving here, there and everywhere.

Dude said he does close to 3000 inspections a month times that by $3.50 but he also does it full-time and has been doing it for 8 years.
