open workspaces annoy the fukk outta me. i know it's supposed to encourage collaboration but people feel like they can just talk to you at anytime, like shut the fukk up! i'm trying to work on something and every 5 minutes someone wants to "brainstorm" or share some information...then the only way to block this is by putting on headphones which is just as distracting
