I was doing military presses and front squats from a seated position. The weight was too heavy for how ballistic I was clearing my reps. If he had me moving slower or pushing lighter weight I would have been fine. I slept 4 hours last night and got to work late today, (its a short and slow week but still). I wasn't even targeting shoulders last night smfh.

I'll be good by tomorrow though.

I need to follow my own advice...you cannot push heavy on your shoulders...fukk man.

I'll use myself as an example since I'm sure that's where the shade being directed at just based off timing and wording:usure: and if it ain't about me then hit dogs is hollerin breh:lolbron:

I been up here for 3 years and have posted 4 threads in total, maybe 5. I've never hid behind a a face that isn't mines (no shade to those who do) and honestly it's a lot of more fun to put a face to the posts. Anyways, in the 3 years I've been here I've had dumb amounts of threads made about me- some shady and slanderous in nature and some light hearted- I'm the queen of rolling with the punches and of course I'll divulge in the fukkery if I'm signing in to 100+ notifications lol I have posted 6 pictures and 4 gifs since I've been here in the past 3 years. I've been on cam in Tiny Chat and I'm on Snap. I don't tell these nikkas to make threads about me- they choose to do so. I actually have a personality which comes through via my posting style which is part of the reason most folks are cool with me I'm far from ugly and yes even in real life I get attention :manny: but just like in real life I say thanks and keep it pushing. I work from home and via the internet so of course Ima be up here a lot especially to pass the time:ehh:
