I think that's my problem also. Too much sugar and i get stomach fat. Lose a pound or two and go back on the same cycle.
For me it's not about finding a balance I gotta decide if I want to quit sugar forever and honestly I just don't
i plan on eventually leaving my area soon to a place i'm not really known.It's possible

My ex hit me again to apologize. 
Truthfully she did mess over me in a pretty major way, so I can understand her really wanting to apologize somewhat.
Its crazy how one person can change your life for the better or for worst. Sometimes I guess you just got find out for yourself that fire will burn you.
People always think I'm hating when I give my advice for some reason, but I dont tell them anything I wouldn't do or attempt myself.
Its good to get closure on that chapter in my life, although I had long ago come to peace with everything its good to know the why's... and although I hate it literally almost killed her, I'm glad to know she's learned from her mistakes and that I've actually been instrumental in saving 2 peoples lives.
I've actually been hearing alot that I've motivated or been some type of support or inspiration for alot of people. It makes me feel pretty good, because all I do is try to do the right thing.
