Im looking into the offer in the morning, but imma tell you this: My current job can't offer much. Its one of those "Bennies over pennies" type places. All the hours I can work
and full benefits, only the pay is shyt unless you eat the unlimited overtime.

Do you generally like it and don't mind going in? If so, calculate the amount of overtime you'd need to work that equates to the amount of the pay increase. If it's only a few hours a week, you could just stay there.
