Ace hardware. Its got uses beyond shoes for real, but if you got a small rip on a seam or wanna protect a part of the shoe/sole, shoe goo is the go to.

I used to use it to repair torn skate shoes, but now im using it to create a barrier on the heel so I don't wear it down. Best part? You can peel the shoe goo off
without fukking your shoe up.
