We cook multiple meals on Sunday, that helps. Don't give little guy too much junk food though. Too many pudgy Black kids out here.

His snacks are mostly the low calorie stuff like apple sauces organic yogurt fruit jello pudding and such.

Meals are home cooking, even the heat and eat stuff I look at the sodium but it isn’t anything crazy
