Trying very hard to not do take out. Been watching too much youtube food channels. Then again, eating processed foods is also not good for my health in this case my immune system. So Im trying to figure out what I could cook or if not, buy to eat. I could go to Shoprite and get me a ready made chicken or some ribs or go to the deli for a pastrami meat to make myself a sandwich and make some rice for lunch. I might have to add some seasoning to it though. Or whole foods but honestly i dont know what to eat right now. Slept past breakfast
