Social media and expensive bottle service deadass killed nightlife

Nowadays, people be staring at their phones. Lean against the wall like detectives. Girls take photos to give the illusion they're having fun on the IG, but they highkey ain't. This modern era is lacking the energy and engagement. Music plays a role. The golden age of American nightlife was between the 70's till the early 2000's. The 90's being on its prime.

I be having second thoughts on going out. Should I stay home? Should I go out? It's still summer time, so I'm trying to mingle since I'm single. But it's like the energy is not the same.

We ordered a package, and I got the delivery notification. I check the camera, and I see someone delivered something at 11pm. Fine. I go downstairs, and it’s a package for my house number, but 2 streets away. I dropped it off yesterday. I contacted the company, and told them my order said delivered, but I didn’t get anything. They immediately created a new order, and shipped it.



Just now, I see someone coming up my steps, and it’s the person who got my package! She dropped it off. Now we’ll have 2 of everything.
