Russian VIPs moved out from Moscow to the Ural Mountains on 6/1. Their own Cheyenne Mountain equivalent is buried around in those mountains.

This is after the US announced that they will not
longer notify for the location of START treaty applicable items such as Minutemen missiles, launchers, etc.

NATO is preparing to start the largest air exercise in history right outside of the Russia-Ukraine conflict zone in a couple weeks, this coincides with the Ukrainian counter offensive that's starting up now.

Russia has announced the full scale production last week of their new hypersonic nuclear ICBMs, the YARS-M, we have NO DEFENSE AGAINST THIS WEAPON..that has multiple hyperglide vehicles "warheads" that can deploy and maneuver ALSO AT HYPERSONIC SPEEDS.

It's really intriguing to see how listless the American citizenry are as we're OPENLY marching to armed NUCLEAR conflict and how suicidal the policymakers in D.C. are in pursuing the conclusion of this "Great Game" at all costs. Folks, read the tea leaves..the increasing shakiness of the financial system coinciding with the slowing down and coming locking up of the economy is leading only ONE path for the US to save itself. WAR.

Might be time to get a breast reduction. It’s like all my COVID weight went there and my body dysmorphia makes me think they are smaller than what they are.

I got stuck in a dress for like 10 mins in the fitting room of Marshall’s yesterday. Dress fit perfectly in the waist but I couldn’t get it back up over my yitties.

Had to rip it a little.

:mjcry:
Send me a picture so I can properly assess.

How're things on your end?

Business on my end is sliding into the abyss. Broadliners like US Foods, Sysco, Performance, etc are going hard body trying to keep customers routed through them as much as possible for everything. Have an edge against them as we can deliver product that they can't or won't get as far as varying seafood products, however, competition against other seafood distributors is getting fukking ridiculous. Everyone is fighting for crumbs food distribution wise..orders are getting cutback or completely stopping from a large majority of our customers.

Usually around this time as we go into summer, as in 2021 I was clocking about 1.2 million dollars a week in sales across all of our routes. Right now, I'm around 800k a week, enough to keep the business greased up and my heartburn at bay but I'm pessimistic about prospects going forward this year and so are a lot of these restaurants. Ever since that COVID money left the system late 2021, it's been downhill.

Took 5 hours for it to get down to that from 181/126.

I hate hospitals.

:francis:

:picard: They definitely put you on BP meds , rights? As a nurse, this is scary especially with your HB. Thank God they got it down before a stroke. Stay strong! I hate hospitals too, that’s why I don’t work there anymore.

Been on Farxiga, Entresto, Carvedilol, Atorvastatin, and Eliquis since February. Skipped about 3 days of Entresto because the pharmacy was beefin' with my insurance (Horizon) and that's what happened. Felt absolutely fine throughout the whole thing.

Dang man, sorry to hear. My sales from my main customers (niche food manufacturing) are still holding up but some are dikking around paying me. One tried to push terms out to 90 days and only just paid me for stuff from February. I had a talk about playing with my money is like playing with my emotions. Also suppliers are getting harsher with stopping shipment for even a few days past terms so I can tell it is getting tight for folks. Hopefully my sales keep up since I don't need a hit right now having just bought new equipment.

Speaking of the big distributors, Chef's Warehouse is the big dog in my category and their earnings call was interesting. They are building massive warehouses in FL and I think either SF or Vegas that have not only stocked goods but seafood processing AND center-plate processing like steak cut butchering. They are basically going to have dozens if not hundreds of folks making steak cuts for restaurants to cut out smaller beef distributors and to obsolete the butchers/sous chefs in restaurants that typically handled this from partial/whole cow type portions. I think they are far enough away in FL for you but the small distributors down there are probably shaking.

Chef's has also been on an acquisition spree since COVID buying up a bunch of regional and small distributors including one near me B&K. the market is rapidly consolidating as the small guys lose margin or they (or their kids) are tired of the rat race and just want to sell.

Sysco, US Foods and all of them are doing heavy SKU rationalization too so some other companies are getting straight ejected if they aren't showing fast enough turns/revenue. Combine that with the constant rules and stuff we have to do for FDA and FSMA and a lot of small and medium guys may throw in the towel.
