I don’t know why but your comment reminds me of the character Raineesha she played on Reno 911. One episode she pretended to be muslim, reinvented herself as being devout and renamed herself “Raineesha X“ so that she can have extra time off for the holy days. Reality is that she lied and told her cop coworkers that she needed a month off work for her pilgrimage; because she didn’t want to use all of her regular vacation days. By the end of the episode, her lies started getting exposed bc she couldn’t keep up the role and her boss told her that he would have gave her the time off anyway
