I feel comfortable rn and that’s a scary sight. For me personally.

I don’t grow when I’m comfortable. Whenever I’ve made significant strides in the past I’ve had to compromise my vices and comfort to grow to where I am today. I have to face discomfort head on to change things.

See when I get comfortable I get lazy and distracted, and my self destructive tendencies can creep back out. Then when I miss a deadline or task I get sad and down on myself and if I’m not careful that can spiral into more sadness and anxiety and ultimately self destructive behavior.

I’m feeling the need to push myself to my boundaries and learn from what I encounter.
