Just came back from the store brought this new Honey Teriyaki sauce.... I got an idea to marinate my burgers in the sauce overnight and cook them after, So that way the burger mixed in with onions and white mushroom toppings on a regular bun and melted with cheddar cheese... Sounds amazing...:noah:

Chargrill them onions. Cut 'em thick. Brush 'em with a blend of extra virgin olive oil and sesame seed oil. Onions are the key. Pure piff.

The sesame seed oil will leach into the rest of the food giving that pure umami taste you can't get nowhere else. :ahh:

Trust me nicca, I'm fat. I just finished eating 20 chicken wings glazed with that blend of oil. I might die tonight.:unimpressed:
