Chargrill them onions. Cut 'em thick. Brush 'em with a blend of extra virgin olive oil and sesame seed oil. Onions are the key. Pure piff.Just came back from the store brought this new Honey Teriyaki sauce.... I got an idea to marinate my burgers in the sauce overnight and cook them after, So that way the burger mixed in with onions and white mushroom toppings on a regular bun and melted with cheddar cheese... Sounds amazing...
