Management has made me really hate people. So many people weill complain about their job and their bosses not being good to them.But they never tell you how much of a shytty employee they are, how much of the shytty human being they are.
I have worked over 1500 people and most people are not decent people. Most people are lazy, cowards, selfish and liars.
I have a employee who didn't even pay me the courtesy of telling me she was resigning. Literally told everybody but me and when she found out that I knew then she wants to send me a resignation letter?
I literally helped this bytch get her husband into this country by writing letters to foreign embassies. Gave her so much leeway with her schedule to get him here and for her maternity leave.
And she couldn't even tell she was leaving. I can't lie. She low-key hurt my feelings. I don't care if she leaves but damn bytch are you gonna at least give me time to hire someone else?
When I go full time with my business I'm hiring only contractors. Having employees is absolutely horrible. It really shows you how horrible people really are.
I hope she doesn't need any sort of reference or ever want to come back because I literally have nothing else for her.

Employees don't feel like they need to be courteous in giving their Employer a two week notice prior to their resignation, because they know Employers could fire them at any random moment. It is sad that she took you for granted. But she may had always view you as a supervisor, not an acquaintance or a friend. You were just a supervisor to her. That's all.
Sexism is so real. The amount of sexism I encounter being a woman in leadership is mind boggling.
It's from men and women.
Every so often one of these men get mad and they'll go on a fukking sexist rant even though their grievances have nothing to do with me or women in general.
People really expect you to mother them and are quick to pass things off that are traditionally seen as "women's work" onto you without a thought and act shocked when you aren't willing to take on the task. My boss even wanted me to throw a baby shower for an employee. Ummmm fukk no. An employee told me today he wanted to raise money for another employee. I told him that was nice until he told me he would give me $5 and I could do the rest. I told him he lost his mind.
Men in particular, always feel entitled to your attention, even when you're literally in the middle of doing something or talking to someone, and they get offended when you tell them that's inappropriate.
Women are quick to go to try to "tell" a man on you when they're not happy, even when the man has no fukking authority over you.
Oh and the amount of people who feel like they can "take your job" when they can barely read and write is insulting.
None of this shyt happens to my male counterparts. People barely even expect them to do their jobs.
I could go on and on. All the little fukks I had to give about keeping people employed and and helping people and their family stay afloat, even when they're in challenging times has literally gone out of me.
If I ever take another management position I'm doing EVERYTHING by the books. I'm not "understanding" your situation. I'm not making accommodations for you. If that shyt isn't SOP I won't be doing it.

She gave her 2 weeks to everyone but me so that's not even the case.
I'm not her friend and never wanted to be but considering her husband would still be unemployed, walking dirt roads if it wasn't for me sending emergency correspondents across the globe it would have been considerate to let me know but apparently that's too much to ask.
It's fine though. She has a baby that isn't even 6 months old and her husband is super traditional and won't even watch the baby. I even let her bring her baby to work because she needs a lot of accommodations and has an extremely limited schedule. Her new job is a 911 operator and they aren't having none of that so I already know she'll be back.
Since she can overlooked my kindness I'll happily over look her and her situation. She's not eligible for rehire in my eyes. Let her go out there and see how these other employers treat her with her needy ass.
The last 2 weeks at work have been something else.
1. Had a employee get a gun pulled on him
2. I had to defend the same employee and stop him from being fired and he goes to completely embarrass me in the meeting (saved his job though which I regret)
3. Had the employee of our contractor get in the face of one of my employees so I had to paperwork her ass to death and now she hates my damn guts
4. Had to fire a guy that got caught being high at work
5. Had to "tell this lady off" who hit one of our vehicles and she feld the scene when they police came. Then the police harassed my employee for hours.
6. The owner of the company could have prevented the above situation but told me "he forgot." The employee literally could have been arrested or the vehicle impound while the owner was playing games
7. Had an employee get fired for stealing people's mail
8. Found out one of the company rentals vehicles has the completely wrong tags...like a whole different state. I called to correct the situation and had to cook the rental employee because he thought he was gonna get smart with me.
9. Had an employee get all emotional because I asked her to check and see if she had a phone (she did)
10. Had another employee walk off the job because we sent him help when was behind
11. This situation with the employee and her resignation.
12. Suspended 5 people.
Sigh...and that just the shyt I can think off out the top of my head. I honestly just feel like an adult babysitter.
Oh and the employees from the company next door were about to fist fight 2 days ago.
I am sooooo over these nikkas. The weekend can't get here fast enough.

I use to have this friend. She was kinda this ultra feminist who was kinda weird but honestly she was probably one of the best friends I ever had. She moved away and we just lost touch. Tried to contact her a few times but she has zero social media. Just a really old FB she never checks.
She's probably the only person I would spin the block for. She was such a considerate person. I adored her at the time but I really appreciate her now.
She was intelligent and we would smoke and talk for hours. Even when we had different opinions we could have respectful discourse. Honestly haven't met a person like her since; man or woman.
It's so hard finding decent people. Most people have nothing to offer, even as friends or even associates. They're either stupid (there are soooo many people), boring, emotional, jealous, liars, self centered or weird. Humans have so much baggage.
She had baggage. She was a tragic mulatto but at least she had kindness and consideration to give.
I usually reset my life every 5 years or so and it's that time. I have to find myself in better company.

I work in transportation. You have no idea. It's literally some new shyt everyday. And most of it either comes down to someone being lazy or someone being stupid.Where the fukk do you work
