Swear new vegans and vegetarians are hella annoying. I appreciate my community being conscious of what they put in their bodies, but they're late as fukk. I've been there done that. It's not healthier to remove an entire category of fuel from your diet.

I know it's new to some of us, but for those of us who been on this shyt for over a decade it's only step one. I've done all that hippie shyt. Word to my tailor, my body proportions are damn near perfect and I haven't gotten bigger anywhere in almost 3 years. I'm 30 too and I look great.

I was a licensed sports trainer too. I also am trained in cooking for people with alternative diets. I'm speaking from experience.

If you want to master your body you gotta listen to people who have experience in it. You may not agree with them but they're right. A beginner cannot instruct a veteran or professional. I happen to be both. When I say you can eat whatever you want for the most part and be healthier than someone on a restricted diet I mean it.

Portion sizes, preparation, and quality are everything. If you eat real food you'll be fine. What fukks your body is the fake shyt. Eating nothing but fake food fukks your body. Eating large portions fukks your body.

Motherfukkers are lazy. They want to do half the work and get all the results. To be healthy you have to exercise every day. A limited diet is a lazy person's way of getting in shape. I could eat mcdonalds every day and be in better shape than a vegan because I work out twice a day. I can eat 3000 calories in one meal because I burn that in a day. I meditate. I stretch a lot.

I keep my body ready to burn calories efficiently. It's all about balance. You don't gotta do anything crazy to get in shape. You just gotta listen and be patient. It takes years to get a body right. You have to change your entire life.

Exercise your mind, spirit, and body. The physical part is one layer of the body.
