The street perpendicular to mine is small and normally one car can pass, but this car was coming and there was no space for me to move over to let him by, so he stopped and I squeezed my car past his and our mirrors ended up touching. No damage, but we did make contact and I kept going. He could see where I lived and he pulled up in front my house:

Him: So you just hit me and kept going?
Me: Our mirrors just touched but I didn't have any damage, did you?
Him: You know you're supposed to stop?
Me: Do you have any damage?
Him: No I don't , but you were supposed to stop
Me: So, there is no damage, right?
