My boss is so saucy Food Network heard about her and wanted her to be featured on one of their shows. She declined, That's why my boss is a way better chef than a lot of people I've met. She's a professional old school chef. I'm honored to have her pick me to be her cook. She's teaching me evverything she knows and my food is looking like I didn't make it. I taste food differently. She's elevated my whole game in under a year.
I might be featured in a few spots in San Francisco with one of my original food designs. Ironically it's for a tea recipe.I specialize in beverages, which is weird for a cook, lol, but I'm a weird ass cook. I plan whole menus, I don't do recipes, I design menus around flavors.

There's an institute in the UK that studies the brains of left handed people. We do have different brain chemistry. We use parts of our brain to process information in ways right handed people do not. It's fascinating to learn about us. There's hella science proving we are very special people. Less than 20% of the human population is truely left side dominant. A lot of people fake it. Few people are truly ambidextrous. Those who are, are usually left side dominant and learned to do things switch.
We're special my G. We don't see process information the same as right handed folks. I prefer being verbose, being concise is hella stale to me. There's no one word that can describe how I interpret life. I describe things in great detail because I know most people aren't capable understand what I mean so I get very specific.
I played sports and I taught sports. I was taught to do everything right side dominant, but I was never hella good at it. One day I said fukk it and started playing sports left side dominant. Breh, I was damn near unstoppable because defenders are trained to guard right side dominant players. They always pushed me left which is the way I wanted to go anyway. Even when I handle a ball with my right foot or hand I'm playing from a left-sided angle.
