I don't know about that especially since it's well documented how America and the western world has long been against masturbation and has regulated sex and sexual expresssion to the point of shaming, criminalizing and policing. Obviously too much of anything is unhealthy but masturbation has always been seen as shameful in society where there's myths of how harmful it is.

I don't think dude should blame his social issues on masturbation. Plenty of people masturbate and don't have problems socializing. I don't think masturbation is a bad thing especially nowadays where it's a total free for all with the hookup culture and all these unhealthy relationships and new age lifestyles that are cool nowadays.

But chronic masturbation causes your brain to go from:

"I'm gonna have sex, spend some time in it, and enjoy the whole overall experience"

To:

"Let me just get this nut off as quick as I can, fcuk the intimacy"

And that correlates to a lot of aspects of your life low key. As a man, when you accomplish things, or build yourself up mentally, or physically you build testosterone and serotonin. That builds up your morale so you can be more social. When you just masturbate chronically, you rewire your brain to take the easy way out to getting a nut. So you dont build up any of that, and your whole morale, and being kinda slumps. plus its known to drain your energy
