Was just talking to one on the phone yesterday...they said they wanted to look at rooms and apartments.
I give them the address of the properties we have and pictures in an email.
She asks me if I have anything in any "safer"
areas
I told her those are safe areas.
Then she tells me she wanted rooms in the most gentrified fukking areas of North Brooklyn (Greenpoint, Ft. Greene, Williamsburg) and Queens (Sunnyside, Astoria).
I just told her we didn't have anything in those areas and just deleted the text convo immediately.
The funny thing is she wanted to split a fukking room with her roommate and pay less.

I think the cardinal may be my spirit animal. There is this cardinal that stays perched in this tree I have to walk past going into work. It don't flinch or move when I get close....it be bold and shyt like a pigeon or a crow. Un phased by human presence lol
